At tonight's closing ceremony, the Olympic flag will be handed over to London. The 2012 host city gets the chance to preview the next Games with an eight-minute show.

A traditional London red bus will get things rolling at the National Stadium. There's been plenty of anticipation about the stars who will be involved in the performance. They include footballer David Beckham, pop star Leona Lewis and Jimmy Page, the guitarist with the legendary rock band " Led Zeppelin."

The closing ceremony of the 29th Olympic Games will take place in the China's National Stadium at 8 pm tonight. The ceremony will be broadcast live on seven CCTV channels, including the Olympic and News channels.
