International media continue to set up at the main Olympic Press Center. The brand-new main Olympic Press Center will be home to more than 150 media from around the world during the games.

The 63,000-square-meter complex will be the site of a regular news conference every Wednesday, as well as numerous individual news conferences.

The center provides easy access to up-to-date communication facilities at every work station.

Yomiuri Shimbun is one of the most influential newspapers in Japan. Their technicians arrived in Beijing two weeks ago to test equipment and ensure smooth daily coverage of the events.

The Associated Press rented a 700 square meter office in the center. During the Games, the 300-strong AP team will provide up to the minute information to clients around the world.
