Wu Dawei said, "The DPRK submitted the list of its nuclear program to the chair country of the Six-Party Talks on Thursday. At the same time, the United States will act to remove DPRK from its list of state sponsors of terrorism, and lift sanctions on DPRK under the "Trading with the Enemy Act."

China's Foreign Ministry confirmed that the DPRK ambassador to China has submitted the declaration to China's top negotiator Wu Dawei.

The six parties agreed that the declaration will be subject to verification, and there is agreement within the parties on a set of principles to guide the establishment of a verification regime.

Wu Dawei said an inspection system will be established by the six parties to inspect all the implementation of the agreement.
