Bush says Israel is a land of courageous people and it is a nation worthy of American people's support and friendship.

While Bush was engaged in celebrations in Jerusalem, the Israeli army said 10 rockets were fired from Hamas-controlled Gaza on Thursday. But Israel's Defense Minister warned against hasty military action against militants in the Gaza Strip.
