Sichuan likely to have strong aftershocks, expert says

Special Report: Strong quake jolts SW ChinaBEIJING, May 13 (Xinhua) -- It is possible that Sichuan Province in southwest China will have more strong aftershocks, deputy director of the China Earthquake Networks Center Zhang Xiaodong said Tuesday.
A strong aftershock measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale rocked Sichuan's capital Chengdu at around 3:10 p.m. Tuesday. The epicenter was again in Wenchuan County of Sichuan, which was hit by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake Monday afternoon.
