More Chinese aid arrives in Myanmar

China has send three batches of relief materials to cyclone-ravaged Myanmar.

The official death toll is over 23,000 and more than 37,000 others are missing. The first two batches of aid worth 500,000 dollars each. They included tents, blankets and food.
Meanwhile, China is calling on the international community to work actively to provide more aid. It also hopes that Myanmar's government will stregnthen dialogue with donors and provide the support needed to ensure speedy delivery of aid.
