China urges climate change talks

China has urged substantive talks on climate change. At the UN General Assembly debate, China's special representative said the Bali roadmap is "only a beginning."

China says the international community should move the negotiating process forward to ensure a new global post-2012 agreement within the next two years.

+China is also emphasizing the responsibilities of developed countries to help developing ones with financial and technological assistance.
