Chinese Premier heads to SCO meeting

Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao, has begun a four nation tour which will take him to Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus and Russia.
In Uzbekistan, he'll attend a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization continuing through to Tuesday.
In Russia Wen will take part in the 12th Sino-Russian prime ministers' meeting and the closing ceremony of the "Year of China in Russia."
