Iran's top nuclear negotiator and the EU's foreign policy chief have agreed to start a new round of talks on Tehran's nuclear programme.
Ali Larijani and Javier Solana say negotiations are likely to start in about a week.
Larijani says Iran has always been open to constructive talks over its programme, but is also prepared to insist on its legal rights.
