CIA accused of kidnapping and torturing a German

The US government has said it still does not have all the facts relating to several arrest warrants recently issued by a Munich court in Germany.

The district court is accusing 13 people, with alleged links to the CIA, of kidnapping and torturing a German national.

The case has fueled debate in Europe about secret transfers of terrorism suspects by US intelligence agencies.
