Chinese commemorate Deng Xiaoping

China's delegation to the UN says the late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping's theories of foreign policy are guidelines for China in diplomatic practices.

Participants at a forum to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of the late leader said Deng Xiaoping's theories of foreign policy incorporate flavors of the new age into the Chinese national spirit. The Chinese Embassy in France is holding an exhibition of photos and documentaries about Deng Xiaoping.
