郭振玺，山东人，生于1965年，兰州大学经济学硕士。
2004/6，任中央电视台广告经济信息中心副主任兼广告部主任。
2001/5—今，任中国中央电视台广告部主任，带领广告部实现连续42个月（截至2004年10月）广告收入同比持续快速增长。
1998/5-2001/4，任中国中央电视台广告部副主任，组织创作包括“下岗再就业”等颇具影响的公益广告。
1992/12-1998/4，任中国中央电视台经济部记者、编辑、制片人，创办“商务电视”，获CCTV优秀栏目奖。
1990/7-1992/11，任中国国家广播影视部办公厅秘书。
